	Normal Business Hours (Mon-Fri 8AM to 5PM) HouseCall1 $60.00 Labor Rate; Billed in ¼ Hour Increments $40.00 / hr ($10.00 / ¼hr) Help Desk; Billed by the minute 50¢ / min Mileage (outside Roanoke) $2.00 / mile Evenings & Weekends (Mon-Fri 5PM to 10PM & Sat-Sun 8AM to 8PM) HouseCall1 $75.00 Labor Rate; Billed in ¼ Hour Increments $50.00 / hr ($12.50 / ¼hr) Help Desk; Billed by the minute 75¢ / min Mileage (outside Roanoke) $3.00 / mile Emergency & Nights2 HouseCall1 $90.00 Labor Rate; Billed in 1 Hour Increments $75.00 / hr Mileage (outside Roanoke) $5.00 / mile Rates are subject to change without notice
